Returns & Exchanges

UAE Orders

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Items must be unworn, unaltered, and returned with all original labels and packaging.

A return shipping fee of AED 25 will be deducted from refunded orders.

Please allow up to 10 business days for processing once your return has been received.

 

International Orders

International returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for full refund or store credit.

A Flat rate of 110 AED (30 USD) is deducted from your original form of payment. 

Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

To be eligible, garments must be returned unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition, with all labels, protective coverings, and packaging intact. 

 

Please allow up to 10 business days for processing once your return has been received.

please note: Duties, taxes and original shipping charges are non refundable. 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Every By Pegah Atelier piece undergoes a thorough quality inspection before leaving our atelier to ensure it meets our highest standards.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, kindly contact us at contact@bypegahatelier.com within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will review the matter promptly and work to resolve it with the utmost care.

 

Pre Orders

Pre order pieces cannot be cancelled, or modified once an order has been placed. Upon dispatch, our standard Returns & Exchanges Policy will apply.

 

Promotional Purchases

Pieces purchased as part of a promotion, private offer or with a discount applied are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
